Before you go on a holiday, you will usually have many questions. You will appreciate it if you get the answers straight away, for example, with a personal phone call that we offer to you anytime. Or you consult the following list with answers to some important questions.

What about cancellation?

Due to the current circumstances, you can cancel free of charge in winter 2021/22 until 30 May 2022.

What are the regular cancellation conditions?
  • Up to 30 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
  • From 29 days to 20 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
  • From 19 days to 8 days before arrival, we have to charge 80% of the total price.
  • From 7 days before arrival or shorter and late arrival or early departure, you pay 90% of the total price.
What are the current Corona restrictions?

As the Corona restrictions in Austria or Salzburg can change spontaneously, we ask you to consult the info page by Salzburg’s federal government.

What are the opening times of the indoor pool or the gym?

Our indoor pool and gym are open for you daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The indoor pool will await you with comfortable loungers. You will also find two showers, including shower gel and shampoo. If you go to the gym, we ask you to use towels when using the equipment.

Which culinary possibilities do I have?

Your apartment will await you with a modern and excellently furnished kitchen. We are happy to offer you a breakfast basket with regional products on order for a fee, which will be at your door between 7.30 and 8.00 a.m. You can also reserve a table in our nearby inn (about 2 min walk).

When are check-in and check-out?

On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready for you from 3.00 p.m. Our reception is open daily between 4.00 and 6.00 p.m. We will be here for you from 3.00 p.m. If you want to arrive earlier, we kindly ask you to tell us in advance. The same applies if you cannot arrive before 6.00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment until 10 a.m. Would you like to depart a little bit later? Then we would like to talk to you in person if possible.

Can I get a massage?

Massages can be booked directly at reception or by telephone before your arrival. Due to the Covid-19 situation, we will offer you no services which require close body contact in winter 2021/22. We hope that the Corona situation will ease soon and that we can offer you massages again.

Where can I smoke?

Smoking is forbidden in all chalet apartments. We ask you to smoke on the balcony or terrace. Ashtrays are provided. Moreover, you will also find an ashtray at the main entrance.

Can I book the wine cellar?

You are welcome to visit our wine cellar during the reception times between 4.00 and 6.00 p.m. to try and buy Austrian quality wines. You can book the wine cellar exclusively when the Corona situation has improved (max. ten persons). For example, to enjoy select wines in a harmonious wine ambience. You can also order culinary delicacies like tarte flambée or pizzas.

Are the Natursinn Chalets environmentally friendly?

Natursinn (sense for nature) is not only the name of our village, but also a promise. To be more precise, we pay attention to the environment and our region’s breathtaking natural surroundings. This is why we heat with pellets, charge our cars with electricity and recycle our waste. You can also charge your electric vehicle and/or e-bike here in the garage. Moreover, our farm shop will offer you only regional products. They were made with great attention to sustainability and fair work.

Are pets allowed?

We like pets very much. But guests who have to live with an allergy are even more important to us. We do not want to take a risk. This is why we cannot allow pets in our chalets.
